Shipping
From the moment your order is confirmed we start working! Packages are generally dispatched from our warehouse in Spain within 2 days after receipt of payment, once the order is shipped you will receive an update with a track & trace code.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the destination country and the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Returns
In case you wish to return your order you can open a request on 'your orders' page after logging in, for guest accounts please use the order reference mentioned in your order confirmation and this during 14 days after delivery. For most countries we can offer a local return shipping label.
Please note we can only accept your return when the product has been unsealed, in original packaging and without any damage.
In case the product arrived damaged we request you to contact us as soon as possible to find an appropriate solution.
